This is an event exclusive to GLADC members

GLADC invites you to participate in our Second Annual Member’s Forum with the goal to educate and organize DEI ideas at the organizational and community level within the Greater La Crosse area.

With your involvement, the Forum will raise awareness of important issues, and serve as a point of interaction for your DEI interests and questions.

Questions for the Forum can be related to current, past, or future concerns that arise within your organization.

The questions formulated will be addressed with the participation of all members attending the forum.

We are excited to have you participating in the Forum and look forward to this in-person event.

Moderator: Tracy Littlejohn

“Tracy is a member of the Ho-Chunk Nation and has lived in La Crosse for most of her life. She currently works for the Ho-Chunk Nation as the Executive Director of Housing and Public Works but has also worked in several other programs for the Nation including Office of the President, Education, Social Services, Cultural Resources, Business and Legislature.. Tracy also does many presentations and trainings throughout the region on topics such as cultural intelligence, racial justice, Native American/Ho-Chunk History, Boarding Schools and Inter-generational Trauma among other topics. Tracy currently serves on the Ho-Chunk Nation Legislative Taskforce to address Systemic Racism, as a Park Commissioner and Human Rights Commissioner for the City of La Crosse as well as Treasurer for the La Crosse County Historical Society Board of Directors. Above all, Tracy is a wife, mother and grandmother and constantly works to regain her culture and spiritual connections to her ancestors.”
