2024 Black History Month – National Job Shadowing Activity
Job shadowing allows recent/current undergraduate and graduate students an opportunity to learn about the plethora of careers in the arts within the federal government. This event is open to all students regardless of HBCU or MSI affiliation.
What is the event?
This is a career readiness education and exploration initiative to expose students to the world of federal service. Job shadowing is a strategic effort to connect students’ college curriculum with the real world through hands-on experiences to ignite students’ curiosity for a career they might not have even known existed.
